Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Aiku collects, why, and how we look after it.

1. What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, email (optional) and delivery address.
• Gift details: the recipient’s name, mobile number, address and your gift message, if you send a gift.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Your bag: items you add are kept for your visit so they’re there when you come back.

2. How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, confirm it with you on WhatsApp, answer your questions and, if you sign up, send you news about new pieces and offers. We do not sell your information.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with delivery partners (PickMe Flash or our courier) to deliver your order, and with our payment provider if you pay by card. We do not store your card details.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and customer service, and then delete them.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. Just contact us at hello@aiku.lk or on WhatsApp.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only let people who need it to fulfil your order see it.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page.
