Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Aiku through this website or on WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

Aiku is an online fashion jewellery store based in Sri Lanka. We do not have a physical shop. You can reach us on WhatsApp or at hello@aiku.lk.

2. Products

Our pieces are fashion jewellery (gold-tone, plated, stainless steel, crystal, enamel and bead), not fine gold or precious stones. Photos are taken to show each piece as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and chain lengths are approximate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We accept card payments, bank transfer and instalment payments (KOKO or Mintpay). Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

We confirm every order on WhatsApp. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if we can’t reach you to confirm. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Same day delivery is available in Colombo district by PickMe Flash; the delivery fee (approximately LKR 650 – 1,000) is paid to the rider on delivery. Island-wide courier delivery takes 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays. See our Shipping page for details.

6. Exchanges and returns

Unworn pieces in original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged once worn. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

7. Coupons and offers

Coupon codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless stated, and may have a minimum order value or expiry date.

8. Care and wear

Fashion jewellery naturally changes over time with wear, water, perfume and humidity. Following our care guide helps it last. Normal wear and tarnishing are not considered defects.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
